Burberry Prorsum had fabulous blanket scarfs on the runway and for retail they seem to be remade as a kind of blanket poncho. For me personally the huge striped cashmere stoles from Chanel Paris Dallas were another standout besides the burberry blanket scarf. They might be one of the best and most versatile pieces from the whole collection! And of course when it comes to oversized knitwear this fall there is one brand that has to be mentioned. Its Rei Kawakubo’s Comme Des Garçons collection, which has been entirely dedicated to knitwear so big that it seems to catch the models like they had fallen into a spider web.
