Hotel crush – Soho House Berlin

Hi guys, hope your weekend has been great so far. When you are following me on snapchat or IG you might have noticed that we’ve recently spend a week in beautiful Berlin. We were invited by a very dear friend and stayed at the Soho House in Prenzlauer Berg. I know that there is a lot of talk about Soho House at the moment so I felt like I should write a small blog post about it.

Soho House is a global hotel concept providing accomodation and leisure activities ranging from dining, clubbing and spa to workshops for their members and friends. While my husband had already stayed at Soho House in NYC a few times before it was my first stay at a Soho House ever and of course I came with huge expectations. But, first things first we arrived by car! While Soho House offers a small area to off- and on-load your car they do not provide valet parking or operate hotel owned parking facilities. So you have to go and find a parking lot in the streets nearby or go for one of the neighbooring garages. I know its boring to start like that but for us it was kind of a problem.

However, upon entering the building I’ve to say that I was terribly in love. The interior is very very hipster and there is a Cecconis restaurant as well as a concept store, called ‘The Store’ in the basement of the building.

Our room was magic. It was so big with a central living area with a kitchen, a dining table, a desk, the beautiful bedroom and an amazing bathroom with tons of amazing products by Cowshed.

By far the best part of Soho House is on the 6th and 7th floor. Its the members only club area with two restaurants and the rooftop terrace with pool overlooking the ‘Fernsehturm’. Have you ever stayed at one of the Soho Houses worldwide? What are your fav hotels in Berlin?

XOXO Andrea
