CDG (Comme des Garçons), the Japanese avantgarde brand founded by Rei Kawakubo is something that fascinates me deeply. First of all their collections usually express something deeper and point towards trends so much earlier. Second their collections usually look so unwearable, but you always find some street style pics during fashion month showing someone wearing a total CDG look. And third and most important, whenever I visit the CDG Paris store (… and I usually do it whenever I am in Paris…) I am always so amazed how many beautiful, super wearable pieces are hidden in the collections.
