Capsule collection?!

Seams that everything gets a capsule package these days. Well, Nespresso, has made its mark. Falgship stores mostly with an accompanying tasting corner are present in almost every bigger city. And the concept itself is not bad. Especially for the office or families with a lower coffee consume the capsule has the advantage that it avoids the fading of the coffee aroma after opening of the package.

After the success of Nespresso Nestle launched Special T, tee capsules. Again, the aroma conserving portion capsule is not bad for office or families with a lower tee consume. And it saves time compared with tee powder.

Now it gets a little bizarre, the French company Skinjay offers shower gel/ foam bath in capsules. The capsule has to be installed directly into the shower hose with the help of a  dispenser. Afterwards a water – shower gel/ bath foam/ concentrate mixture comes out. The product hasn’t been launched yet but an info page is already online. For me it raises more question than it provides answers. What does the oily shower gel/ bath foam or whatever do with the interior of the shower hose? Doesn’t it plug it after some time of usage? What happens with the capsule waste – Is there an established recycling system as in the case of Nespresso? And … And … And…?
